Refund Policy
Refunds

Yearly subscriptions cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the service start date will be refunded at the user's current subscription amount.

Monthly subscriptions cancelled within seven (7) days of the service start date will be refunded at the user's current subscription amount.

If you qualify for a refund (by satisfying one of the criteria above), it will be processed within 7 days of cancellation of the service.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
How To Request a Refund
​If you are cancelling in accordance with with the Refunds section above, you may request a refund by completing the below steps.

Log into your account on busministry.org (top-right of the page)

Click your user tile (typically your first initial surrounded by a circle on both Desktop and Mobile)

Select "My Subscriptions"

Drop down the subscription that you want to cancel by clicking the down arrow

Click "Cancel Subscription"

Confirm the cancellation by answering affirmatively
